For Customers
Do I need an account to leave a review?
Yes β you need a free account so we can prevent fake reviews and let vendors know who's reviewing them. Signing up takes about 60 seconds and only requires an email and password.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps keep reviews genuine. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code after signing up β it expires in 15 minutes. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I edit or delete a review I left?
Currently reviews cannot be edited after submission. If you need to remove a review you wrote, contact us at feedbackerhelp@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
How do I find a specific vendor?
Use the search bar at the top of the page β type a vendor name or market name and it will show results as you type. You can also browse by market.
For Vendors
How do I get my business on Feedbacker?
Create a free vendor account at feedbacker.market/signup. Once you're signed up you can set up your profile, join your markets, and download your QR code to display at your booth.
What does the QR code do?
It takes customers directly to your Feedbacker profile page where they can leave a review. Download and print it from your dashboard β we recommend laminating it and displaying it at your booth.
What is Feedbacker Premium?
Premium is a $10/month subscription that unlocks: replying to customer reviews, adding a profile photo, and viewing analytics on how many people visit your profile. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Will I be notified when I get a new review?
Yes β you'll receive an email notification every time a customer leaves you a review, so you never miss one.
Can I remove a review I think is unfair?
You cannot remove reviews yourself, but if you believe a review violates our guidelines (fake, defamatory, or from someone with a conflict of interest), contact us at feedbackerhelp@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
How do I claim my market listing?
If your market is already listed, sign up for a market manager account and submit a claim. Our admin team reviews claims and approves them usually within 24 hours.
Billing & Account
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Log into your vendor dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription'. This takes you to our secure billing portal where you can cancel anytime. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and click 'Close account'. Your personal information will be permanently deleted. Reviews you wrote will remain but be shown anonymously.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Feedbacker never sees or stores your card number. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
