A PRO Market uses Feedbacker to collect booth-fee payments from its vendors — instead of managing cash and cheques at the booth on market day, vendors can pay by card straight from their phone.

Card Payments
PRO markets accept card payments for booth fees via Stripe. Vendors get a payment link in their dashboard and settle right from their phone.

Direct Payouts
Card payments settle to the market's bank account via Stripe Connect Express. Feedbacker never handles the money in between.

Batch Requests
Managers send booth-fee requests to a whole roster of vendors at once. Vendors get an email + a Pay button in their dashboard.

Cash Still Works
Vendors can pay in cash or cheque as usual — managers just mark them paid manually. Card is optional, not required.

Automatic Receipts
Every payment triggers a receipt email to the vendor and appears in both the vendor's and market's dashboard payment history.

Contest & Refund Flow
Vendors can contest a charge; Feedbacker admin reviews and works with the market on resolution. Refunds go through Stripe.
